TEMPERATURE RANGE

The charge / discharge characteristics of used cells are affected by current, time and temperature.  Cells should be charged at a temperature ranging from 0°C to 40°C,  using a constant current of 1C or less. The charge efficency is particularly good at a temperature of  10°C to 30°C,  while the discharge temperature for most of cell are within the range from  -20°C to 65°C.  The Cells that we use for the battery packs production, ensure stable operation of your devices in a given temperature range.

ENVIROMENTAL STANDARD

The cells that we use for your battery packs are much safer in the light of the environmental protection. NiMh batteries are popular because they have no toxic metals and Li-Ion batteries have no hazardous materials such as (lead, cadmium and mercury). Unlike NiMh and Li-Ion cells, NiCd batteries should be recycled in a proper way following certain law regulations. since cadmium  is a toxic material.  Lead Acid batteries, which are used in a various applications, contains  H2SO4, in the form of a gel. Such Lead Acid batteries are much safer than with flow acid, and in the case of damage are spill- free.

SELECTION OF CELL

For the battery pack production, we have a wide range of cells with a  different voltage, capacity and chemistry. We are in position to answer almost every customer request in choice of specific cell

STABLE DISCHARGING VOLTAGE

A typical discharge curve shows excellent cell characteristics and provides a stable and reliable operation of your special devices, such as measuring instruments, which in many applications has a  great importance.

Power Telit is specialized in a battery pack production of various types of a special purpose devices.  Battery packs for this devices, vary by voltage, capacity and chemistry, and for its production we use the best quality  industrial secondary ( rechargeable) NiMH, NiCd, Li-Ion or Lithium batteries.

NICKEL METAL HYDRIDE ( NiMH )

Nowadays Nickel Metal Hydride offers 40% more capacity than Nickel Cadmium batteries but its decisive advantage is the absence of toxic metals.
The main advantages of nickel metal hydride batteries and battery packs in our product range are: long service life, economy, excellent charging and discharging features, wide temperature range and above all, a very short time of battery packs production, with the possibility of sending the sample for overview, including complete documentation (drawings). So, in a constant cooperation with our partners we can offer you …

Standard Nickel Cadmium cells are often present in the development of battery packs for its indispensable characteristics.
Long life, reliability, wide temperature range with proper handling can provide a reliable battery pack for all purposes. In the very short  time we can offer the design of the battery pack according to your request, samples, and documentation.

LI-ION

Particular attention was paid to the development of the most advanced battery packs in conjunction with the best manufacturers of lithium ion cells.  We offer the battery pack and safety electronics design  and  the final production of the battery pack as part of our product range in constant collaboration with our partners. To create a battery pack for hand tools, we make a selection of the best and most modern cells available on the market.

LITHIUM POLYMER (Li-Po)

BP_LiPo

Lithium-ion polymer batteries or more commonly lithium polymer batteries (abbreviated Li-poly, Li-Pol, LiPo, LIP, PLI or LiP) are rechargeable (secondary cell) batteries. LiPo batteries are usually composed of several identical secondary cells in parallel to increase the discharge current capability, and are often available in series “packs” to increase the total available voltage.
This type has technologically evolved from lithium-ion batteries.
The primary difference is that the lithium-salt electrolyte is not held in an organic solvent but in a solid polymer composite such as polyethylene oxide or polyacrylonitrile.
The advantages of Li-ion polymer over the lithium-ion design include potentially lower cost of manufacture,[citation needed] adaptability to a wide variety of packaging shapes, reliability, and ruggedness, with the disadvantage of holding less charge.

In recent years, manufacturers have declared upwards of 500 charge-discharge cycles before the capacity drops to 80% (see Sanyo).

SELECTION OF CELLS

For your devices, you need to select the cells that respond to a specific requirements. The final voltage of the battery pack,  its capacity, chemistry and eventually form are the basic factors to be taken into account in the design of the package. For this purpose  we have a large selection of cells, so that we can answer all your requirements.

TECHNICAL STANDARDS

In order to meet the needs of our clients, special attention is paid to the professional and high-quality preparation and development of the battery packs. All battery packs are provided with insulation material to prevent potential short circuit between cells. All cells are  tightly connected into  a compact block,  with plastic wrap and with the necessary contacts to connect to the device.
